UAE Customers

  • Timeframe: We are pleased to offer returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery for your convenience.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

  • Processing Fee: Please note that a nominal fee of 30 AED will be applied to cover return shipping and processing costs.

  • Arranging a Return: Please contact our customer service team to arrange a pickup. They will guide you through the process and schedule a convenient pickup time.

  • Resolution: Once the item arrives at our warehouse, you can decide if you'd like a refund or an exchange. Our dedicated customer service team will assist you every step of the way.

Customers Outside Dubai

  • Shipping: Customers located outside of Dubai are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping to our warehouse in Dubai.

  • Timeframe: Please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

  • Condition: The product must be unopened and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Instructions: We will provide you with the return address and guide you through the necessary steps.

  • Resolution: After we receive your return at our warehouse, we will promptly contact you to arrange a refund or exchange.

Refund Processing

  • Please allow 2-3 working days for your refund to be processed after we receive and inspect your returned items.
